Jennifer Earle
Executive Director
Jennifer started with Grace Café in 2015 as the Business Manager and transitioned to the Executive Director in 2021. She has worked for various non-profits for 27 years throughout the world. Besides being a lover of numbers and stats, she loves cooking, which she did many times at the Grace. Jennifer is passionate about food and feeding all in the community.
Mary Beth Murray, M.Ed.
Director of Development & Communications
Mary Beth joined the Grace Café staff in January 2024. She has worked in non-profit development, fundraising, and communications since 2011. Originally from Danville, she moved back to Kentucky in 2017 from Nashville where she had been working for Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. Food security and nutrition are near and dear to her heart because, as a cancer survivor, Mary Beth has experienced firsthand the healing power of food, connection, and community. She loves raising her two boys with her husband on her family farm and is excited to help Grace Café deliver its great mission to the community once again.
